how much drag weight can this support?

Two shortcomings I see. (1) why the plates do not come with two small stamped marks, one at the bottom and the other on the top indicating the center line. GemLux as the manufacturer knows exactly where is the centerline of the plates. Why a 22.5deg offset and not a whole degree like 23 or 25 degree. Also, the offset degree should be stamped into the plates. Remember the K.I.S.S. method?

What grade TITANIUM are the thru-hulls ? are they suitable for below the waterline and is the thread type compatible with the Trudesign ball valve?

Great demonstration and tutorial. I'm rigging up my boat almost exactly like yours, but instead of using two $7K reels, I'm mounting conventional reels and/or the 8" Aluminum Teaser Reels under my hardtop, just under the outrigger mounts like you have. Tight lines 🎣

If you flip the hole saw upside down when you’re squaring it up in the middle I found it easier to see where the middle was since the hole on the saw that attaches to the drill is right up against the t top. It’s more accurate which helps prevent you from scratching up the powder-coated inside of backing plate

Garmin uhd2 94sv would be perfect there. Just installed 2 on my personal restoration I’m doing and they are so much faster and better than the older UHD units. Then a JL head unit (square) in place of old radio would be a good fit. Kicker makes a square one as well, both go into a 3 3/8 gauge hole.

They certainly aren’t always that easy. I have cursed at steering wheels more than any other part on a restoration lol. She’s going to look amazing with a new gemlux steering wheel and all new gemlux hardware!

I'm afraid that in my case the elastics won't break. that is, I will try to explain myself better, I fish with 11 pounds of resistance on the strike, should my elastic break at the pull of 11 pounds? please be patient, I'm a novice, I have no experience, I would like to learn
